How it came together.
Where it started
Sales lived in the CRM, orders in the shop and stock in a spreadsheet. Monday's meeting began with a debate about whose numbers were right.
What I built
A nightly sync brings the three sources into one place, and one report shows the figures the team agreed on, defined once.
