02What changed

Before, and after.

  1. 01

Before: Bookings by phone and email

Now: Booked online, straight into the diary

  2. 02

Before: Prices in a PDF nobody updated

Now: Treatments and prices edited in the CMS

  3. 03

Before: A slow site, hard to use on a phone

Now: Fast pages, designed for phones first

03How it’s wired

Where it sits in the system.

  1. On the site·Headline

One clear message per clinic, written with the team.

  2. On the site·Enquiry button

Booking on every page, two taps from the menu.

  3. On the site·Content card

Treatments and prices the team edits in the CMS.

04The work

How it came together.

Where it started

Every booking came in by phone or email, and the front desk copied each one into the diary by hand. Busy mornings meant missed calls, and missed calls meant missed bookings.

The old site said a lot about the clinics and very little about how to see someone.

What I built

A site with one job: get the right patient to the right appointment. Booking sits on every page and writes straight into the clinic's diary, with confirmations and reminders sent for the team.

Treatments, prices and staff live in the CMS, so the team updates them without waiting on anyone.
