03How it’s wired
Where it sits in the system.
On the site·Content card
Today's jobs, one card each, with the address and the brief.
On the site·Media block
Photos attached to the job as they're taken.
On the site·Enquiry button
The customer signs off on the engineer's phone.
04The work
How it came together.
Where it started
Engineers filled in paper job sheets, sent photos to a group chat and dropped the paperwork at the office at the end of the week. Someone then typed it all up.
What I built
A web app that works on any phone and copes with a poor signal. Each job has its brief, its photos and the customer's signature, and the office sees it the moment the engineer is done.
05Outcome

- Add a measured figure
- Hours of typing saved each week
- Add a measured figure
Built with
