Andrew Salib · Operations, automation & websites

The systems your team runs on.The website your customers see.

I turn duplicate contacts, spreadsheet copies and inbox chases into one system that runs, then build the website on top of it.

01 · Operations

Each mess becomes its fix.

  • 3 copies of one contactone record
  • 3 versions of the lead listone pipeline
  • A follow-up, 6 days overduea scheduled task
  • “Re: Fwd: quote?”a quote, sent automatically

02 · System

Wired together. Nothing re-keyed.

Contacts, pipeline, tasks and quotes share one source of truth, joined by automations, so each job happens once, in the right place.

03 · Website

Then the website your customers see, on top.

Designed to win the work and wired straight in: an enquiry from your site arrives as a record, not an email to forward.

03What I do

Both sides of the business. One builder.

Surface · Websites & apps

Front of house

  • WebsitesMarketing sites that load fast and say one thing clearly.
  • Web & mobile appsCustomer portals, booking, field tools.
  • Digital presenceBrand on the web, content, SEO foundations.

System · Operations & automation

Back of house

  • CRM & pipelineHubSpot, Airtable, Monday or custom, set up for how you sell.
  • Automation & integrationsZapier, Make, n8n and APIs between the tools you have.
  • Internal tools & reportingDashboards and tools your team uses daily.
  • AI in real processesPractical, supervised and measured.

No handoff between the agency that builds your website and the consultant who fixes your operations. The form on your site and the pipeline behind it are designed together.

04How I work

Map. Design. Build. Run.

  1. 01

    Map

How work actually moves today: requests, data, handoffs.

  2. 02

    Design

The surface and the system together, in that order of who uses it.

  3. 03

    Build

In short releases you can use, not one big reveal.

  4. 04

    Run

Training, documentation, and iteration until your team owns it.

05About

Portrait

I’m Andrew. I build the parts of a business people see, and the parts that keep it running.

Most teams I work with have a website that doesn't talk to their tools, and tools that don't talk to each other. I fix both ends and the wiring in between.

I start inside the work, how requests arrive and where the data lives, then design and build until the team runs it without me.
